Role Overview
We are seeking an exceptional Spa Associate to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in creating a serene and welcoming spa environment for our guests.
Your primary focus will be on delivering outstanding guest service while ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities. You will be responsible for managing check-ins/outs with professionalism, explaining spa facilities and etiquette clearly, handling locker allocation and guest belongings with care, maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the spa areas,
You will also support bookings and payments using Opera & Trybe systems, anticipate and respond to guest needs discreetly.
* Maintain safety protocols at all times;
* Upsell services when possible to enhance the overall experience;
The ideal candidate should possess previous experience in hospitality or luxury services.
A qualification in Spa or Hospitality would be advantageous but is not essential. Excellent communication skills both verbally and written language proficiency are highly desirable.
