Job Title: Process Development Engineer
We are seeking a highly skilled Process Development Engineer to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing robust manufacturing processes for medical devices. This includes working closely with R&D engineering and manufacturing to ensure seamless transfer of validated designs to production.
* Design, develop and implement high-yielding processes that meet or exceed quality standards.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize process equipment and technology performance.
* Develop and maintain expertise in Galway site to drive continuous quality improvement.
* Evaluate new equipment and processes for environmental impact and identify opportunities for improvement.
* Commission new microcatheter manufacturing technology, ramp up production and undertake validations and qualifications.
