19-Nov- Night Hygiene Operative €***** per hour Summary Play a Key Role in Maintaining a Safe, Compliant, and High-Quality Production Environment The Role Sofina Foods is looking for a detail-oriented and committed Hygiene Operative to join our team on the night shift.
You'll be responsible for ensuring our production environment and equipment meet the highest standards of cleanliness – a vital role in supporting food safety, compliance, and operational efficiency.
Working behind the scenes, your contribution will help ensure our factory is always audit-ready and production can run smoothly, safely, and to the highest quality standards.
Monday - Friday 9:30pm - 6:00am Pay: €***** per hour Your Key Responsibilities As a Hygiene Operative, you will: Use specialist cleaning equipment and approved chemicals to deep clean production areas Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and hygiene protocols Keep equipment and work areas clean, safe, and well-maintained at all times Work in line with safety, quality, and workflow guidelines Report any issues or maintenance needs to your Team Leader or Manager promptly Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the site Carry out cleaning activities in line with daily schedules and hygiene checklists Ensure all work meets company safety, hygiene, and quality requirements Collaborate with your team to meet cleanliness and readiness targets Take pride in maintaining a spotless and well-organised work environment The Ideal Candidate A strong work ethic and a keen eye for detail Good command of the English language, both written and spoken A positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills Previous experience in a manufacturing or hygiene role (desirable but not essential) A focus on safety, quality, and working to high standards Why Sofina Foods?
