Patient Accounts Administrator Grade IV Location: Dublin City Centre North Rate: €19.37 per hour Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week, rolling contract Key Responsibilities: Act as the main point of contact for patients, families and relevant stakeholders regarding patient account queries. Liaise with medical, administrative and finance teams to ensure smooth communication and accurate record-keeping. Manage and update patient account information in line with hospital policies and procedures. Maintain patient confidentiality and handle all interactions with discretion and professionalism. Assist with reporting and other administrative tasks as required. Requirements: Previous experience in an administrative Grade IV or equivalent role within a healthcare setting is essential. Strong administration skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Proven ability to build positive relationships with patients, families and colleagues. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in MS Office and hospital administration systems.
