Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and flexible Regional Service Engineer with a strong mechanical and/or electrical background to support our operations in maintaining Reverse Vending Machines, specifically in partnership with Sielaff. This role requires extensive travel, often at short notice, and a willingness to work away from home in hotels during rotated weekend coverage. The successful candidate will play a critical role in enabling the company to meet our strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and maintain our industry-leading reputation. Additionally, training in Scotland will be a prerequisite for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
· Service & Maintenance: Perform installation, maintenance, and repair work on Sielaff Reverse Vending Machines across various retail locations.
· Travel & On-Site Support: Willingness to travel extensively, often at short notice, including overnight stays in hotels during weekend coverage on a rotational basis.
· Customer Support: Ensure high-quality customer service by addressing technical issues promptly and professionally.
· Project Coordination: Collaborate with Contracts and Commercial teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
· Liaison & Communication: Act as a link between different levels of staff, clients, and suppliers to ensure seamless operations and service delivery.
· Compliance & Documentation: Maintain up-to-date site-specific certificates, documentation, and reports.
· Training & Development: Attend mandatory training in Scotland to stay updated on product knowledge and technical advancements.
Qualifications & Skills:
· Industry Background: Experience in mechanical and/or electrical engineering would be advantageous but is not essential, as full training will be provided.
· Flexibility & Availability: Ability to travel frequently, work weekends on a rotated basis, and stay away from home when required.
· Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
· Professionalism & Communication: Well-presented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
· Fast-Paced Experience: Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Training & Development:
Comprehensive training will be provided upon commencement, including required technical training in Scotland and continuous professional development throughout the role.

· Driving Licence: A valid Irish/UK Driving Licence is required.
· Willingness to Travel: 100% travel required, including overnight stays.
