Project Quantity Surveyor Position
We are seeking an experienced professional to manage the financial, contractual, and commercial aspects of large-scale projects. This role involves overseeing civil, structural, and architectural packages from inception to completion.
About the Role
This position requires a highly organized individual who can effectively budget, report, develop bills of quantities (BOQs), and create profit plans. Interim commercial meetings with clients and internal project teams are also essential.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A 3rd-level qualification in Construction Economics or Quantity Surveying
* Prior work experience advantageous
* Proficiency in Excel
* Strong knowledge of construction methods, contracts, and procurement processes
* Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills
* Knowledge of contract conditions and their applications
* Effective communication and negotiation skills
* High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams
