This is a unique opportunity for an experienced HR professional to make a real difference in the efficient running of our Human Resources department. Working closely with the HR Manager, the successful candidate will perform a wide range of human resource tasks, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
As part of our team, you will be responsible for:
1. End-to-end documentation and system management for HR activities.
2. Maintaining policies and procedures in line with employment legislation.
3. Supporting the HR process of recruitment, including job descriptions, contractual terms, and conditions of employment.
4. Delivering employee and volunteer inductions and orientation.
5. Monitoring compliance and reporting on performance management processes.
6. Maintaining employment and volunteer manuals.
7. Supporting the delivery of our People Strategy.
8. Compiling and maintaining up-to-date employee records.
9. Providing monthly reports on key HR metrics.
10. Supporting HR-related training programs, workshops, and seminars.
11. Creating reports, presentations, and correspondence as required.
12. Overseeing HR events and meetings and coordinating management-employee communications.
13. Supporting the Payroll team with payroll management.
14. Managing off-boarding, exit interviews, and property return.
15. Staying up-to-date with the latest HR best practices and promoting excellence in the workplace.
16. Assisting the wider HR team with ad-hoc duties.
