We are recruiting for an Activities Coordinator for our Skibbereen Geriatric Society Ltd, Cara House, Market Street, Skibbereen, Co. Cork, P81 Y046, who will report to the Operations Manager.
This is a 1-year fixed-term contract working 3 hours per month.
The Activities Coordinator will coordinate and facilitate the Alzheimer Café on a monthly basis. The successful candidate will provide information, support, and signposting for and alongside people with dementia, their carers and families, local communities, and the public.
Requirements include 1-2 years' experience in a similar role. A FETAC level 5 qualification is desirable but not essential. Confidence in using IT/Email is also desirable.
Salary will be commensurate with the care sector and dependent on relevant experience.
