ResponsibilitiesWho You Are / Your Next ChallengeMoneycorp in Dublin has an exciting opportunity for an EMI (Electronic Money Institution) Regulatory Compliance Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Head of Compliance to ensure effective compliance frameworks are in place which aim to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and with the conditions of the firm’s regulatory authorisations.
QualificationsWhat we\'re looking for / Skills that will help you in the roleCritical experience required:Experience working in payments/electronic money regulated firmsExtensive knowledge and understanding of the applicable EU and CBI regulationsExperience/knowledge of outsourcing and operational resilience regulations is requiredKnowledge and/or experience of DORA would be advantageousCritical skills required:Strong management skillsExcellent communication skills, both written and oralDemonstrable track record in regulatory relationship management and compliance framework developmentOrganisational and prioritisation skillsHard working, conscientious and trustworthyAccepts accountability for delivering results against deadlinesProblem solverThis position is full-time, permanent. The role is expected to be office-based in Dublin, Ireland.
