Key Responsibilities:
* Patient Communications: Handle patient queries, concerns and feedback in a professional and courteous manner.
* Front Desk Operations: Manage the day-to-day activities of the front desk, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for patients.
* Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files, both physical and digital.
Requirements:
* Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with patients and colleagues in a professional manner.
* Organizational Skills: Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively and maintain a high level of organization.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in basic computer software applications, including Microsoft Office.
