Job Overview
The Legal Counsel will serve as a trusted advisor to the Director, Corporate Counsel for Europe, providing expert guidance on legal and compliance matters affecting our business in Ireland.
This role requires a deep understanding of our CRDMO business model and corporate support services. The successful candidate will develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including Procurement, HR, Finance, Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, Business Development, IT, and Supply Chain.
* Develop an in-depth understanding of our CRDMO business model and shared corporate support services.
* Provide strategic legal advice to the Director, Corporate Counsel for Europe, and the wider European and Global legal team.
* Draft, negotiate, and advise on a wide range of contracts, including commercial contracts, procurement of goods and services.
* Establish and maintain relationships with various internal stakeholders.
* Support cross-functional and multi-regional projects with a leading role in Ireland.
* Instruct and work closely with external counsel in the region.
* Support legal work in other areas, including litigation matters.
* Analyze business-related laws and regulations, and any changes that may impact the business.
* Draft, review, and approve policies, procedures, bylaws, resolutions, and other documents related to local operation and regulatory compliance.
* Act as a role model for the function and the wider organization in adherence to our corporate core values and PROUD culture.
Key Responsibilities

External Collaboration: Instruct and work closely with external counsel in the region.
Compliance: Analyze business-related laws and regulations, and any changes that may impact the business.
Policy Development: Draft, review, and approve policies, procedures, bylaws, resolutions, and other documents related to local operation and regulatory compliance.
