Human Resources Generalist Position
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with employment legislation and internal policies.
The successful candidate will support managers on employee relations issues, collaborate with the HR Manager on investigations, disciplinary procedures, grievance, and performance management in line with employment law.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide insightful reports on HR metrics and contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that meet business needs.
* Support the design and delivery of training initiatives, performance management programs, and employee engagement strategies that enhance organizational performance.
* Lead recruitment campaigns, manage talent pipelines, and ensure that employees are in roles that align with their skills and strengths.
* Champion our culture and values, promoting employee wellbeing, diversity & inclusion, and a collaborative environment that fosters growth and innovation.
Requirements:
* Degree in Human Resource Management or CIPD qualification.
* Minimum of three years' experience as an HR Generalist, preferably in a similar industry or role.
* Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices in Ireland.
* Proven track record of participating in employee relations, investigations, and compliance activities.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build trust among stakeholders.
* Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and work collaboratively across departments to achieve business objectives.
