Procurement Coordinator
This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented and motivated professional to support the Purchasing and Customer Service teams in their daily operations.
The ideal candidate will help coordinate workloads, ensure smooth purchasing processes, and maintain visibility on stock demand and levels.
The successful candidate will have previous Purchasing experience, supervisory skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Experience with ERP systems such as SAP is also an asset.
Key responsibilities include supporting the development of the organization's purchasing strategy, coordinating workload, releasing purchase orders, and managing tender files.
The ideal candidate will have strong teamwork ethic and communication skills, be able to follow detailed instructions, and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Purchasing Manager in developing and implementing the organisation's purchasing strategy.
* Coordinate workloads within the Purchasing and Customer Service teams.
* Release purchase orders and manage stock-related sign-offs.
* Ensure the accuracy of the SPR report and maintain visibility on stock demand and levels.
* Liaise effectively with suppliers, manufacturers, internal departments, and customers.
* Organise and lead weekly virtual meetings with purchasing and internal teams.
* Analyse data, reports, and statistics to support procurement decisions.
* Attend meetings with management and sales/account managers.
* Manage and maintain tender files.
* Assist with training, supervising, and motivating staff.
* Coordinate with the warehouse to ensure timely execution of procurement activities.
Desired Requirements:
* Previous Purchasing experience in a similar role.
* Previous supervisory experience desired.
* Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel is essential.
* Experience with ERP systems such as SAP.
* Strong teamwork ethic and communication skills.
* Proven ability to follow detailed instructions and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
