As part of a global team serving the largest Fund Managers in the world, you will:Supervise a team of Fund Accountants in performing accounting and administration service delivery to customers and train staff on all aspects of the Net Asset Valuation processWork with banks, auditors and custodians to ensure smooth service delivery to customers and completion of NAVApprove pricing of portfolios ensuring all deals are priced following the applicable fund documentsApprove fee schedules including calculation of Carry, management and performance fees, ensuring all calculations follow applicable fund documentsReview and approve investor allocations for each NAV cycle, managing Capital Call and distribution process to Limited Partners, ensuring execution as instructed by clients and deadlines are metReview of Sub-close event’s equalisation workings and calculation of ticking fees as per the Fund DocumentsCreate ideas for improving the NAV process, technological improvements, and client reportingParticipate in multiple system initiatives and projectsInvestran knowledge is preferredQualifications• Hold a university degree in Finance/Accounting; qualified accountant or other relevant qualification preferred• 7 years progressive accounting/audit/fund administration experience in private equity and at least 3 years' experience in managing people• In-depth understanding of the fund industry with good knowledge of private equity• Experience with accounting software: InvestranAdditional InformationExperience something brilliantly different with a career with MUFG Investor Services.We’re in 14 global locations and provide an exceptional hub of talent to thrive.Location: Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland
