Robert Half is working with a leading financial services organisation to recruit an
HR Graduate
for its Ireland operations. This role offers an excellent entry point for a recent HR graduate to gain practical experience in a fast-paced, international setting and build a strong foundation for a career in human resources.
The Role
As an HR Graduate, you will play a key role in supporting the HR team and gaining exposure to all stages of the employee lifecycle. Responsibilities include:
* Managing HR administration, documentation, and maintaining accurate employee records.
* Serving as a first point of contact for employee queries.
* Assisting with recruitment, onboarding, training coordination, and HR communications.
* Contributing to talent management and workforce planning initiatives.
* Supporting compliance with Irish employment legislation.
* Working closely with international HR colleagues to align local activities with global objectives.
* Preparing HR reports and coordinating with external partners as required.
Your Profile
* A recent degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline.
* Strong interest in pursuing a career in HR.
* Familiarity with Irish employment law is beneficial but not essential.
* Excellent communication, organisation, and attention-to-detail skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office; experience with HR systems is an advantage.
