Maintenance Coordinator Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality maintenance services in a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a maintenance team, managing maintenance downtime, and implementing continuous improvement projects. They will also be accountable for maintaining accurate records, managing supplier relationships, and collaborating with the operations team to drive improvements in food safety culture.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead a maintenance team of fitters/electricians in day-to-day activities
* Manage maintenance downtime and root cause analysis
* Implement continuous improvement projects
* Collaborate with operations team to review issues and create solutions
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Minimum 5 years' experience operating in a regulated industry/environment
* Excellent problem-solving skills
* Excellent PC skills
* Demonstrated previous project management skills
* Basic knowledge of electrics an advantage
