Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team in Dublin.
This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic partner to support and develop the HR function across a growing retail network.
The ideal candidate will have experience as a business partner to leadership teams, providing guidance on employee relations matters and partnering with line managers to identify talent development and retention strategies.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Act as a strategic partner to leadership and management teams
* Provide support and guidance on all employee relations matters
* Partner with line managers to identify and implement effective talent development and retention strategies
* Oversee the recruitment and onboarding processes
* Drive employee engagement initiatives
* Ensure all HR policies and procedures are compliant
* Analyse and report on HR metrics to inform business decisions
Requirements:
* Experience in a HR Business Partner or Senior HR Generalist role, ideally within retail or FMCG
* Strong knowledge of Irish employment law and HR best practices
* Proven experience in managing employee relations and influencing key stakeholders
* Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* CIPD qualification or equivalent is highly desirable
