Contract: 11 months
Salary: €46,700 pro rated
Location: Dublin (hybrid)
About the Role
As an Interview Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the candidate experience while supporting the recruitment of top talent worldwide. You’ll work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a seamless and professional interview process, coordinating schedules, travel, and on-site logistics. Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate a high volume of recruiting activities including interview scheduling, travel arrangements, and expense reimbursements.
* Facilitate onsite interviews, including greets, breaks, lunches, and candidate escorts.
* Act as an ambassador for the company, ensuring candidates have a professional and enjoyable experience.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers regarding the interview process, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
* Maintain accurate recruiting and HR data, handling sensitive candidate information with discretion.
* Develop operational expertise in the company’s recruiting system to execute all recruiting transactions efficiently.
Requirements
* BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
* 1+ years experience in human resources, recruitment, or a related administrative function.
* Positive, service-oriented attitude with excellent follow-through.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, professional demeanor in interactions with candidates and managers.
* Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* Proven customer service skills with a track record of delivering results.
* Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
* Desire to improve processes, solve problems, and contribute proactively.
* Experience with Outlook, Excel, and recruiting/HR systems is a plus.
