Our client a well established and very busy catering company, are looking for an experienced and energeticOrder Processing Administratorto join their dynamic order processing team.
The role; Processing orders coming in via email and phone.
Placing orders on Salesforce system.
Ensuring high levels of attention to detail.
Liaising with kitchen staff and drivers daily.
Excellent communication skills Able to work to order deadlines.
The Person; Professional and efficient with high attention to detail.
Able to perform in a very fast paced environment.
Ability to familiarize yourself with various products.
Good numerical skills.
Excellent administration and customer service skills.
3+ years experience in a Customer service or order processing capacity.
