Job Description
You will drive revenue growth by securing new business opportunities and exceeding sales targets as a Sales Growth Manager. You will work closely with the Area Director of Sales to develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a team of two executives to support business needs and collaborate with other departments to nurture existing and secure new opportunities.
* Develop and maintain relationships with key partners, including convention bureaus and DMCs, to drive business growth and revenue.
* Collaborate with sales teams to achieve budgeted revenue for meetings and events on a weekly and monthly basis.
* Identify and manage new opportunities in line with our hotel strategy and across the wider portfolio.
To succeed in this role, you will need 2-3 years of experience in a sales or meeting & events role, preferably in a customer-focused environment. You should be a creative thinker with an outgoing personality, capable of building new relationships and maintaining existing ones. Proven experience in effective people management within a team environment is also essential.
