For further insights into the role of an EA in Arthur Cox please view: Career Journeys Martin Shiels: Responsibilities:Providing comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to partners and associates in the Pensions practice group and wider Commercial team.Comprehensive email and diary managementManage AML requirements for client onboarding, ensuring all procedures are followedManagement of billing process to include time entry, invoicing, client account balances and follow up on outstanding payments.
Managing audit/accrual requests for clientsMaintain electronic files, ensuring all records are up to date and easily accessible.Production, editing and formatting of legal documents and templatesDigital dictationCo-ordinating travel arrangements, meetings and itinerariesProcessing ExpensesMaintaining and updating client databaseAd-hoc duties as required Required skills and Expertise:4+ years' experience as a Legal Secretary PA/EA;Pensions experience beneficial but not essential;In-depth experience with Client Billing/Payments systems;Excellent IT Skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power point;High degree of attention to detail.Typing skills of at least 70 words per minute;Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;Excellent organisation skills with the ability to prioritise workload;Team player, who can also work on their own initiative;Excellent oral and written communication skills.
