Job Title:
A Service Coordinator is required to work closely with the service engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for agreeing on daily, weekly and monthly service schedules.
The role includes data entry and management of the service system. The Service Coordinator will ensure timely receipt of service engineers' check sheet documentation.
* Scheduling service and maintenance contracts with clients and company service engineers
* Data entry into the service scheduler
* Controlling the timely receipt of service engineers' check sheet documentation
* Controlling service contract check sheets internally and transferring them to clients
* Working with the stores department to provide service and calibration tools for service engineers
* Maintaining a holiday tracker for service engineers to ensure resource availability
* Supporting management in the implementation of software solutions
* Coordinating callouts from clients to the main office
* Managing service contract calibration schedules
* Reporting key performance indicators to the contract manager
* Communicating effectively with clients and company personnel
* Being self-motivated and able to work independently
Required Skills:
* Understanding or previous experience working in a related industry such as HVAC, Refrigeration or Engineering
* Ability to plan and coordinate schedules with the service engineering team
* Excellent computer skills and experience using customer-type service IT systems
* Excellent teamwork and communication skills
