We are seeking a skilled and experienced Residential Conveyancer to join our team in Newtownabbey. As a key member of our busy conveyancing department, you will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload of residential conveyancing files including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity.
You will provide clear, practical legal advice to clients with an emphasis on excellent service, liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and fellow solicitors throughout each transaction. You will also maintain compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory standards.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified solicitor with a minimum of 1 year PQE in residential conveyancing to take the next step in their career. You will have the autonomy to manage your files independently, while being supported by a forward-thinking and encouraging environment.
