* Qualified accountant with 0–6 years' PQE
* Experience in financial reporting, either in practice or industry
* Exposure to IFRS and/or FRS 102
* Experience with complex accounting queries and external audits
* Commercial, collaborative and motivated team player
Role and Reporting Lines
This role sits within the FAAS division and reports to senior management in the team.
* Client Delivery
– Lead and support financial reporting engagements across a varied client base
* Project Management
– Oversee timelines, scope and resourcing on multiple reporting projects
* Technical Oversight
– Provide input on complex accounting issues under IFRS and FRS 102
* Stakeholder Engagement
– Liaise directly with clients, including senior finance leadership
* Team Leadership
– Guide and mentor junior team members
* Growth Contribution
– Play a key role in a growing advisory division with real visibility
* Cross-Functional Collaboration
– Work alongside other service lines to ensure integrated client delivery
* Process Improvement
– Identify opportunities to improve workflows and outcomes
