Job Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Operations Director to oversee the operational performance of two busy hotel properties.
Main Responsibilities
* Develop and execute strategic plans to ensure exceptional service, guest experience, and operational efficiency across both properties.
* Support and manage department heads in achieving business objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
* Oversee front-of-house and back-of-house operations, including accommodation, food and beverage, events, and guest services.
* Collaborate with senior management on budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
* Promote team development through coaching, performance reviews, and training initiatives.
* Maintain compliance with industry standards, Health & Safety, and HACCP regulations.
Requirements
* 4-5 years' experience in a senior operations or general management role within a busy 3*/4* hotel environment.
* Proven track record of managing multiple departments and large teams across multiple properties.
* Strong commercial acumen with a history of achieving operational and financial targets.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
* Familiarity with front office systems, HACCP, and hospitality compliance standards.
The ideal candidate will be flexible, proactive, and capable of working independently as part of a senior management team.
