About the Role:
The Technical Support Specialist will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing all inquiries on time. This includes responding promptly to emails, voicemails and other communication channels used by customers to report issues with their devices or software upgrades.
To excel in this position you need a strong aptitude for troubleshooting technical difficulties that may arise during product usage.
