Manager
The Manager is responsible for:
· Management of the Indoor and Outdoor Childrens Playground (Rascals Playcentre / Tir na nÓg) and other related facilities.
· Management and Development of the Velorail Amenity.
· Supervision of Staff in each of the facilities listed above.
· Marketing of Kiltimagh as a tourist location,
· Assisting other groups with events to attract visitors to the area.
· Preparation and distribution of Promotional Material.
The successful applicant will have:
· Management Experience in Project Management or a related field;
· Proven Project Development / Business Development Skills
· Experience of Staff management.
· Good Motivational, Interpersonal and Communication skills;
· An understanding of Tourism Sales and Marketing;
· Experience of Writing Reports & Business Plans / Funding Applications;
· Excellent IT Skills and an ability to learn new systems;
· Good Organisational and Administrative Skills;
· A Strong sense of Responsibility and Self-motivation;
· A Strong record of Innovation and Proactivity;
· A full driving licence and Access to a Car.
