That's because our hardworking team members feel listened to, encouraged and appreciated.If this sounds like the place where you could begin the next exciting chapter in your career, let's talk.Here's how you'll bring the K Club's trailblazing vision to life:To coordinate reservations for the hotel including answering phones and emailsTo manage the Reservations mail box - forwarding emails where required, flagging and ticking emails as per training, prioritising in order of importance, ensuring emails are responded to within the 48 hour window.To compile a comprehensive events/demand calendar and update into IDeaS system and onto Opera system as appropriate.To focus on the reservation management of all Food & Beverage outletsTo complete reports in the absence of the Reservations ManagerTo complete the daily pick up reportTo assist in managing & controlling our various systems - PMS, IDeaS, and SynXis to ensure optimum set up.Assist in devising new packages and loading rates in Opera and our online booking engine, NetaffinityTo produce and publish a monthly analysis/report summarizing the month end reservations activity by channel and by segment.To develop and mentor the Reservations Agents for future advancement.To manage room blocks and implement washdown and rooming list process as required.How we see you:Previous experience in a similar role is essentialKnowledge of current systems (Opera & Concept) would be desirableWill possess excellent communication and customer relation skillsWill have the ability to learn quickly and work in a fast paced environmentWhat's on offer:The K Club is certified as a Great Place to WorkA monthly service charge paymentOngoing investment in your personal development with access to internal and external training programmesGreat opportunities to progress your careerMonthly recognition programmeRefer a Friend SchemeEmployee Assistance ProgrammeSocial eventsUniformMeals while on dutyDiscounts on stays at the resort and on food & beverage for you and your family and friends.Discount on use of our golf coursesLife AssuranceData RetentionPlease note that all applications and CV's submitted for a role at The K Club will be kept on file for a period of 12 months.Should you not wish for your data to be held following the closure of the application process then we would ask that you please make note of this when submitting your application.The Human Resources TeamThe K Club
