Job Opportunity: Technical Support Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a member of our technical support group, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical expertise to resolve complex issues.
About the Role:
* Primary Responsibilities: Provide technical support to internal and external customers via phone, email, or in-person interactions. Troubleshoot complex issues using various tools and techniques, including remote desktop applications.
* Main Accountabilities: Record, update, and document incidents and requests in our ticketing system. Share knowledge with colleagues by contributing to our support knowledge base.
* Critical Skills: Analytical problem-solving skills with excellent communication abilities (both written and verbal). Ability to provide step-by-step instructions tailored for non-technical audiences.

Preset requirements:- Proven work experience as an IT Help Desk Technician or similar role
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant field preferable,
ITIL certification is desirable.
