Territory Sales Manager – East Coast Ireland - East Coast, Ireland (Field-Based) - €60,000 – €65,000 + *****% Bonus + Benefits
We are a well-established and rapidly growing supplier of laboratory, scientific and diagnostic solutions, consistently achieving 15% year-on-year growth.
We are expanding our commercial team and are looking for a driven and commercially focused Territory Sales Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of customers across the East Coast of Ireland.
This field-based role focuses on developing new business opportunities while strengthening existing relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop a defined sales territory across the East Coast of Ireland
Identify and win new business opportunities within target markets
Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers
Deliver against sales targets and KPIs
Provide product demonstrations and technical guidance to clients
Work closely with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service
Keep up to date with market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments
Maintain accurate records using CRM systems
The Candidate
Proven experience in field-based sales (B2B preferred)
Background in agri-machinery, animal health, or technical sales – highly desirable
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
Self-motivated, organised, and able to work independently
Commercially aware with a results-driven mindset
Full, clean driving licence
Willingness to travel extensively across the territory
The Package
Competitive base salary of €60,000 – €65,000
*****% performance-related bonus
