Role Overview

The Candidate Sourcer plays a critical role in building high-quality talent pipelines by proactively identifying, engaging, and qualifying candidates for current and future hiring needs. This role partners closely with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a strong and diverse flow of talent across the organisation.

The ideal candidate is research-driven, detail-oriented, and highly motivated by finding hard-to-reach talent in competitive markets.

Candidate Engagement

* Craft personalised and compelling outreach messages to attract candidates

* Support diversity, equity, and inclusion sourcing initiatives

* Maintain accurate candidate records within the ATS/CRM
* Track sourcing metrics (response rates, pipeline health, time-to-fill contributions)
* Continuously improve sourcing strategies and tools

* 2+ years' experience in candidate sourcing, recruitment research, or talent acquisition
* Strong experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques
* Ability to identify and engage passive candidates
