Who are we?
We're Around of a Paws – a doggy day care based in Castleconnell County Limerick offering both day and overnight stays for dogs across Limerick and further afield.
This job is Monday- Friday. There is flexibility during this period if required.
Experience and working with animals is not essential but preferred.
Full clean drivers license with required.
Role:
* During your shift, you will feed, water and provide a high level of overall care for the dogs
* Monitor individual dog behavior and interaction with other dogs in order to maintain the highest level of safety
* Clean and disinfect all play areas to maintain a high level of hygiene
* Interact with all dogs, engage in play time both indoors and outside
* Follow our strict feeding chart for each dog attending daycare
* Greet customers, answer questions, take bookings and provide general information about the facility
* Training and canine certifications will be provided
Responsibilities:
* Be patient with the dogs in our care as they all possess various levels of obedience and confidence
* Possess excellent attention to detail when taking daily pictures of the dogs in our care, their interactions with the other dogs, cleaning on a daily basis and much more
* Excellent communication with both staff, management and dog owners
* Ability to problem solve and think on your feet
* Ability to follow instructions provided by experienced team members and management
* The role requires a high level of physical activity

Pay: From €14.00 per hour
