We're looking for an enthusiastic Buildings Maintenance Technician who thrives in a dynamic environment and loves keeping things running smoothly.
What You'll Be Doing: Routine Maintenance - conduct regualar inspections and checks on building systems to ensure they are functioning properly.
Repairs - Handle repairs and maintenance tasks.
Emergency Maintenance - respond to maintenance requests and emergencies addressing urgent issues promptly.
Maintaining out door areas, and carparks Finding solutions to maintenance issues and calling in the experts when required - What You Bring to the Team: Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a maintenance role Skills: Basic know-how of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, plus tool proficiency, full drivers licence.
Mindset: Problem-solver with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Communication: Clear communicator who works well solo or with a team.
