Job Title: Senior Financial Leader
A seasoned financial expert is required to join our team in a senior leadership capacity.
* Prepare and present monthly management accounts and supporting management information to the executive team.
* Lead and manage a finance team to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks.
* Manage payroll, employee benefits, VAT, and all other relevant compliance duties with precision.
* Oversee operating costs and assist with the annual budget preparation process, preparing budget updates, profit and loss statements, and cash flow forecasts.
* Prepare ad hoc financial reports and analysis as required by Group Finance, providing recommendations for business growth.
* Manage inventory, costings, and stock control data to ensure optimal resource utilization.
* Prepare year-end statutory accounts and liaise with auditors to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Requirements:
* A qualified accountant with post-qualification experience.
* Proven leadership skills and a strong team player.
* Business system experience preferably including SAP Business One.
* Advanced Excel skills.
