Our Dublin based client are looking for aSenior Technical Program Managerto join their team on a permanent basisThe position sits in their Dublin team with a strong focus on Product DevelopmentThis is a hybrid role with 2/3 days per week on siteResponsibilities:The management of project and program-level processes, driving forward execution, managing risk and continuous improvement across projects and programs,Working alongside hardware and software teams.Define on project scope and schedules to ensure on timely delivery of value to end customersProduct development lifecycle, from R&D through verification and launch .Manage items such as resource constraints, time challenges, team landscape and efforts across all associated teamsCollaboration with product, engineering, program, and all stakeholders to ensure alignmentManage and communicate the implementation of changes to planning objectives, schedules, and product configurationsProvide regular status updates, highlighting accomplishments, plans, and any issues across your programs.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline preferred.6-8+ years of Program Management experience working directly with agile, product and/or platform teamsExperience with hardware-enabled products or embedded devices is a major advantage for this role and clientStrong understanding of full cycle Software Development and experience with hardware and embedded system development processes.Experience with agile software development and associated toolsExcellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skillsOutstanding time management and organization skillsAdept in problem-solving, facilitating decision making and resolving conflictPMP is desirableHOW TO APPLY:To apply for this role, please submit your updated CV.
