As part of the MHL Hotel Collection, The 4* Spencer Hotel is in a prime location overlooking the River Liffey in the heart of Dublin's financial district. Home to 209 guest bedrooms, 8 Meeting rooms, The Spencer Cocktail Bar & East are now looking to recruit an experienced Breakfast Supervisor to join our dynamic F&B Team in East Restaurant located in The Spencer Hotel.
Some of the responsibilities will include:
1. Ensure the effective day-to-day operational running of our Restaurant during the busy breakfast service.
2. Assist with lunch service.
3. Build relationships with our internal and external guests to encourage return stays.
4. Train restaurant colleagues on a daily basis in relation to the hotel standard operating procedures.
5. Support the Food & Beverage Management with their duties.
The Ideal candidate will:
* Have had previous Supervisory experience in a 4* Hotel or similar restaurant.
* Have a proven ability to manage a team.
* Be enthusiastic and vibrant in their outlook.
* Have a willingness to learn and develop their career further.
* Possess excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Must be eligible to work in Ireland.
