We're seeking a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) with strategic vision, results orientation, and a passion for building strong product-driven brands. This person will lead our expansion across Europe (and beyond), take full ownership of the marketing function, and play a key role in the evolution of our organization.

TicketGo is a fast-growing platform specialized in ticket sales for top tourist attractions worldwide. We aim to provide travelers with a more direct, efficient, and appealing way to discover experiences, through strategic partnerships and smart technology. After successfully validating our business model, we are entering an accelerated scale-up phase.
Role Mission
We are seeking a strategic, analytical, and entrepreneurial-minded CMO to lead TicketGo’s expansion across Europe and eventually globally. This person will be responsible for designing and executing the full marketing strategy, leading its implementation across all channels, strengthening brand positioning, and generating sustainable and measurable growth throughout the entire funnel.
This role is key within an organizational transition driven by growth, requiring a highly autonomous, experienced, and results-driven leader.
Responsibilities
* Design and execute a multichannel performance-driven marketing strategy.
* Lead user acquisition through Paid Media, SEO, CRM, content, social media, and offline channels.
* Build and lead a high-performing marketing team: hiring, mentoring, and fostering culture.
* Implement scalable automation and CRM systems for acquisition and retention.
* Collaborate on growth strategies grounded in Revenue Operations (RevOps) and metrics like CAC, LTV, ARPU.
* Develop go-to-market strategies for new products and geographic expansions.
* Oversee brand identity and messaging consistency across all channels.
* Lead A/B testing, CRO initiatives, UX optimization, and conversion funnel improvements.
* Collaborate on co-branded campaigns with attractions, tourism boards, and strategic partners.
* Work closely with Product and Tech to ensure alignment between roadmap and marketing initiatives.
* Represent the user voice in strategic business decisions.
* Support fundraising efforts as part of the executive team, focusing on growth and marketing KPIs.
* Foster a diverse, global, and customer-centric company culture.
Requirements
* 5+ years leading marketing teams in high-growth environments (startups, scaleups, etc.).
* Proven track record in performance marketing, brand building, and both organic and paid growth.
* Deep understanding of core metrics: CAC, LTV, churn, conversion, ARPU, NPS, etc.
* Experience implementing and scaling CRM and automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Braze, Salesforce).
* Ability to hire, coach, and scale cross-functional marketing teams.
* International and multilingual experience, ideally in TravelTech or marketplaces.
* Proficiency in data-driven growth strategies: testing, segmentation, attribution modeling.
* Comfort presenting to investors and strategic stakeholders.
* Fluent English (Spanish is a nice to have).
* Strategic but hands-on mindset; thrives in fast-changing environments.
* Strategic vision to scale digital brands.
* Human and technical leadership in agile environments.
* Ability to prioritize and execute amid uncertainty.
* Creative and user-centered thinking.
* Strong data analysis skills for evidence-based decisions.
* Cross-functional collaboration with Product, Tech, and Ops.
* High cultural awareness and strong results orientation.
Work Conditions
In 2025, the role will be fully remote. Starting in 2026, it will shift to a hybrid model based in Ireland to foster collaboration and strengthen executive team cohesion.
