About your team

The Anti-Bribery & Corruption team at Fidelity ensurespliance with laws and regulations, protecting thepany's integrity and fostering trust with clients and stakeholders.

About your role

Our team provides interpretation and guidance on the ABC and Gifts & Hospitality (GH) Policy across the Group and escalates and reports ABC progress and matters to senior management. Ourmitment to anti-bribery and corruption ensurespliance with laws and regulations across all jurisdictions in which we operate. The role of the ABC team and your part in it is crucial in preventing unethical practices and safeguarding thepany's reputation. You will focus on providing oversight of andpleting parts of the monitoring, training and HR and third party programmes.

About you

The key criteria for the role of Anti-Bribery & Corruption Senior Manager include;
1. Expertise in ABC and GH Policies: In-depth knowledge of policies and regulations.
2. Risk Management: Ability to develop and maintain a risk-basedernance framework across the monitoring, third party and training parts of the programme.
3. : Experience in overseeingpliance with ABC laws across various jurisdictions.
4. Policy Interpretation: Skill in providing interpretation and guidance on ABC policies in multiple different scenarios across divergent business units.
5. Reporting and Escalation:petence in escalating and reporting ABC progress and attention to the detail of the importance of the reporting - the 'so what?'
6. Ethical Standards:mitment to maintaining high ethical standards in business conduct1.
