We are seeking an experienced and skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing blueprints, preparing time and cost estimates, and managing costs on construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Analyse building plans and other documentation to prepare accurate time and cost estimates;
* Measure materials, calculate quantities, and determine labour costs;
* Evaluate tenders from suppliers; ensure compliance with specifications;
5+ years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor;
Excellent analytical skills
Strong knowledge of estimating software (e.g., Timberline);
