This mid-level role involves managing the full spectrum of HR activities and supporting the firm's ongoing growth and development in a fully office-based setting.Key Responsibilities:Oversee all core HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and complianceCollaborate with senior leadership to implement HR initiatives that enhance employee engagement and talent developmentManage the entire employee lifecycle from onboarding through to exitSupport workforce planning and talent management within a technical environmentSkills, knowledge and attributes:Demonstrated HR experience, preferably within engineering, manufacturing, or related technical sectorsSolid knowledge of employment law and best HR practicesStrong communication and stakeholder engagement skillsAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively with othersLocation:Tipperary Town (office-based)Salary:Competitive and dependent on experienceThis is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional looking to further their career in a dynamic engineering firm.
