Location: Aloft & Residence Inn by Marriott Belfast Titanic Quarter Opening Date: Q1 2026 Department: Revenue Management Schedule: Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and commercially astute Revenue Manager to lead the revenue function for two exciting new Marriott-branded hotels Aloft Belfast and Residence Inn by Marriott Belfast opening in Q1 2026 in the heart of Belfast citys vibrant Titanic Quarter. As Revenue Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to maximize revenue, market share, and profitability across two distinct Marriott brands. You will play a critical role in the pre-opening and post-launch phases, ensuring pricing, distribution, and forecasting are aligned with brand standards and market demand. Key Responsibilities Pre-Opening Phase: Set up revenue management systems, tools, and reporting structures in line with Marriott International guidelines. Partner with the GM, sales, marketing, and digital teams to position both brands competitively in the Belfast market. Create detailed pre-opening forecasts, ramp-up models, and business plans aligned with market conditions and brand expectations. Lead the rate loading, channel setup, and market segmentation strategy for both Aloft and Residence Inn. Define KPIs and reporting cadence for both pre- and post-opening periods. Revenue Strategy & Analysis: Develop and execute dynamic pricing strategies across all segments (transient, group, corporate, extended stay). Optimize inventory and rate availability across all distribution channels. Monitor competitive performance, forecast demand, and recommend strategies to drive RevPAR and GOP. Provide annual budgets, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting, forecasting, and performance analysis. Lead weekly revenue strategy meetings, presenting detailed performance analyses, pricing recommendations, and strategic adjustments. Distribution & Channel Management: Ensure optimal use of Marriotts CRS, RMS, and distribution platforms (e.g., One Yield, MARSHA, HPP, Synxis, GXP). Maintain channel health across OTAs, GDS, and third-party providers. Collaborate with Marriott Digital Services and e-commerce teams to ensure proper content, pricing, and positioning. Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with the General Manager and commercial teams to align pricing, promotions, and sales activity. Support the sales team with data-driven insights to secure key accounts and group business. Provide ongoing training and guidance to the front office and reservations teams on upsell and inventory practices. Candidate Profile Education & Experience: 2+ years of revenue management or hotel analytics experience, preferably in a branded or dual-branded environment. Experience with Marriott systems (One Yield, MARSHA, GXP, CI/TY) highly desirable. Understanding of Belfast/Northern Ireland market trends and segmentation is a plus. Strong Excel and analytical skills; experience with STR, HotStats and Demand360 preferred. Skills & Attributes: Commercially focused, detail-oriented, and highly analytical.
