Transformation Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a Transformation Manager to lead technology change in Dublin, Ireland.

* Design, implement and embed technology innovation across Agile ways of working, AI-enabled productivity and engineering excellence within a Technology portfolio.
* Accelerate delivery quality and team productivity by co-creating Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and Activity Roadmaps with Portfolio Leads and Pod Leads, and by delivering coaching, tooling guidance and governance to ensure sustainable change.
* Co-design transformation strategy for Agile, AI productivity tools and engineering excellence in partnership with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Portfolio Leads and senior engineering leaders.
* Partnering with Portfolio Leads and Pod Leads to agree the plans, timelines and measures of success.

You will be expected to have a broad technical understanding to support your Agile credentials from software architecture through test, DevOps practices, security and operational run. Experience in the Insurance domain is desirable.
