A full-service law firm in Dublin is seeking to recruit a
Litigation Solicitor with between 2-4 years' PQE
to join its established and growing Dispute Resolution team.
This is a
broad litigation role
offering high-quality work, strong partner access and exposure to a wide range of commercial disputes. The role has
not been released to the wider market
and is being handled
exclusively
.
The Role
The successful candidate will work on a
diverse litigation caseload
, including:
* Commercial and contractual disputes
* Shareholder and company law litigation
* Insolvency and restructuring-related disputes
* Banking, recoveries and creditors' rights
* Property-related litigation
* Regulatory and compliance matters
* Exposure to
contentious intellectual property and technology disputes
The role offers the opportunity to work
closely with senior partners
, with genuine involvement in strategy, client interaction and court work.
The Ideal Candidate
* Qualified solicitor in Ireland (or England & Wales with relevant experience)
* Circa 2-4
years' PQE
in litigation or dispute resolution
* Strong technical ability with a commercial and pragmatic approach
* Keen to develop a
broad disputes practice
rather than a narrow specialism
* Comfortable working collaboratively within a partner-led team
