Role Overview
Our client is seeking a
Brand & Marketing Advisor
to join their Marketing Communications team on a
specified-purpose contract
(minimum of six months). This role is suited to a dynamic and proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of brand strategy, marketing, design, and compliance.
The successful candidate will support the development and implementation of brand and marketing supports for the organisation's network of over 70 regional and sectoral partners. A key focus of this role is to enhance the brand visibility and user experience across all stakeholder touchpoints, ensuring a consistent and impactful representation of the organisation's work.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing Communications, the successful candidate will be a collaborative team player with creative flair, a customer-focused mindset, and strong commercial and political awareness. They will also contribute to showcasing the impact of the organisation's work in areas aligned with national priorities, including digital transformation, climate action, innovation, and sustainable talent development.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with the Head of Marketing Communications and Marketing Manager to develop brand guidelines, templates, and other marketing supports that align with the organisation's corporate brand architecture.
* Design and implement a comprehensive, user-friendly marketing toolkit for regional and sectoral partners (e.g., best practice guides, training materials, etc.).
* Project manage the rollout of brand guidelines across the network of over 70 partner organisations.
* Establish processes to monitor brand compliance and work cross-functionally to address issues that may impact brand integrity or reputation.
* Promote the effective use of digital marketing channels within the network to enhance customer engagement and overall user experience.
* Work with the Business Networks Team to design marketing supports that help network partners position their upskilling services and increase engagement with target business audiences.
* Develop campaigns that highlight partner achievements, identify synergies across the network, and leverage marketing opportunities.
* Support the delivery of the organisation's Strategic Marketing Plan across Ireland and the EU.
* Contribute to a range of broader marketing and communications initiatives, including brand development, corporate events, and the production of marketing collateral.
Essential Qualifications and Experience
* A minimum of
five years' experience
in a brand marketing role.
* Proven expertise across multiple marketing disciplines, including brand design, brand management, digital marketing, and event management.
* Demonstrated ability to deliver successful marketing programmes with measurable commercial impact.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience in stakeholder engagement at various levels.
* Strong project management and analytical skills, with an ability to manage multiple workstreams.
* A collaborative team player with a track record of working effectively in cross-functional environments.
* Self-motivated, resilient, and results-driven, with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
* A third-level degree or relevant postgraduate qualification in marketing, communications, journalism, public relations, or a related business discipline is essential.
