This is a specified purpose contract supporting HR, Learning & Development, and Operations activities.Key ResponsibilitiesManage shared HR, Recruitment and L&D inboxesMaintain accurate employee records and HR systemsProvide recruitment and onboarding administration supportProcess leave, absence and time recordsSupport recurring HR processes (probations, clocking updates, service certificates)Essential CriteriaMinimum 1 year's relevant administrative experience (HR/L&D/Operations preferred)Experience using systems/databases (HR systems advantageous)Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook and TeamsStrong communication skills and ability to work as part of a teamDesirableReporting or analytical experienceExposure to Lean or Lean Six Sigma
