As a Project Manager in Operations, Outsourcing, and Technology (OOT) team, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects according to strict deadlines, while engaging stakeholders and managing cross-functional teams across the organization.
You will leverage your deep knowledge and expertise in project management to navigate complex issues, make informed decisions and ensure the successful execution of programs.

Job responsibilities Serve as a strategic partner to the Head of JPMSE Governance and Strategy for OOT, ensuring effective and timely project delivery across the organization.
Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of key projects, defining scope, objectives, deliverables, and success metrics.
Develop, communicate, and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and governance structures to ensure transparency and accountability.
Coordinate and motivate cross-functional teams, leveraging internal resources for seamless project execution.
Proactively manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Track and analyse project performance, ensuring successful completion of both short- and long-term goals.
Prepare and deliver high-quality project updates, status reports, and presentations to senior management and stakeholders.
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, escalating as necessary to ensure timely resolution.
Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while maintaining the highest standards of quality.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills Extensive Financial Services Expertise : Knowledge of banking and financial products with experience supporting initiatives across global or cross-functional teams.
