We are currently seeking a part-time Financial Support Specialist to join our team.
The Financial Support Specialist will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records by managing creditors and debtors, processing invoices and payments using financial software, supporting budget and report preparation, and providing general administrative assistance to the finance team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain accurate financial records, including managing both accounts receivable and payable.
* Process invoices, payments, and other financial transactions efficiently and on time.
* Perform bank reconciliations and ensure all financial data is accurate and up-to-date.
* Support the preparation of budgets and financial reports.
* Provide general administrative support to the finance team.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A qualification as a Financial Technician or similar is highly preferred.
* A minimum of 1 year's experience in a similar finance-related role.
* Familiarity with financial software is a strong advantage.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is essential.
