Post Summary:
The Teaching Fellow will play a key role in coordinating and delivering undergraduate and postgraduate teaching material (lectures, laboratory practicals and small group teaching sessions) in the Discipline of Physiology, School of Medicine. The teaching will cover areas such as neurophysiology, neuroscience and neuropharmacology.
The appointment is expected to commence on the 1st June 2026 or as soon as possible thereafter.
Post status: Specific Purpose Contract
This appointment is offered for the specific purpose of providing cover for teaching for a permanent staff member who is fulfilling a College Officer role. This employment is not offered on an indefinite duration basis as the original post holder will return to their role once the period of the College Officer role is completed.

Salary: This appointment will be made on the Teaching Fellow Annual Rate Schedule B (€47,069 - €54,380 pro-rata) Choose an item. at a point in line with current Government pay policy. monthly/weekly payscales. )
