We are partnering with a leading European insurance provider to appoint a Marketing & Distribution Manager to join their Dublin-based team. This is a high-impact role with a strong international dimension, focused on driving product innovation, enhancing partner distribution, and supporting commercial growth across multiple European markets.
The Opportunity
This is a key position within the Marketing & Distribution function, working closely with senior stakeholders across sales, product, and leadership teams. You will play a central role in shaping product strategy, strengthening partner engagement, and delivering best-in-class marketing and distribution support.
Develop a deep understanding of protection and assistance markets across Europe
Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
Conduct research initiatives including benchmarking, surveys, and partner workshops
Produce actionable insights to inform strategic decisions
Contribute to the design and execution of the product innovation roadmap
Develop and enhance product propositions across CPI, GAP, and emerging product lines
Lead cross-functional projects involving actuarial, legal, compliance, and operations
Support end-to-end product development, from concept through to launch
Distribution & Commercial Support
Partner with sales and distribution teams to enhance partner engagement
Design and deliver training, marketing materials, and sales enablement tools
Support campaigns and measure effectiveness through defined KPIs
Build compelling client and tender presentations
Your Profile
5–10 years’ experience within insurance, bancassurance, retail banking or consumer finance marketing
Strong experience developing product value propositions and go-to-market strategies
Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and stakeholders
Analytical mindset with strong commercial awareness
Excellent communication and presentation skills
