Key Duties And ResponsibilitiesOversee the daily running of the Centre including but not limited to reviewing daily programmes, observations, staff performance and administration duties (including rosters and linking with relevant bodies etc).Ensure the centre operates within the policies and procedures along with legislation and any regulation requirements.Implement all necessary programmes, systems and operational processes to ensure successful running of the centre. All policies and procedures must be up to date and kept on file in case of inspection.Ensure any reporting requirements are monitored, maintained and completed on time.Lead, coach and develop a functioning team, developing positive and professional relationships with residents and staff through providing effective support, guidance and mentoring to staff members of the centre.Ad-hoc duties as required, responding to all queries/complaints and be highly organised. Ensuring the property is fully staffed at all times.
